Council is calling on young artists to design the front cover of our 2025 Annual Report. The theme, “Our Community, Our Future – River Country,” invites you to celebrate the spirit, resilience, and beauty of our vibrant region.

Let your imagination flow and show us what River Country means to you! Don’t miss the opportunity to have your artwork featured and gain recognition for your talent.

How to submit your design

Please read the terms and conditions available in our documents tab.

You can then submit your file via the submission form on this page.

You'll need to include a few details about yourself and your artwork.

Key requirements:

  • The artwork will be for an A4 page, so please ensure your work will fit to A4 or an appropriate aspect ratio.
  • Portrait orientation
  • 5mm bleed required (the bleed extends the design slightly beyond the edge of the A4 cut size for printing. Whilst our reports are generally digital versions only, the bleed will ensure your design does not get lost or trimmed in the wrong place if we proceed to print.)
  • High resolution files in either PDF, AI, EPS, JPEG, PNG
