Let’s talk Christmas decorations

This consultation has now closed.

There is absolutely no-doubt that this headline will scare the life out of you, particularly mums and dads. But is better to be prepared than have Christmas creep up on you as it usually does with ever increasing speed.

We put the call out for suggestions from local residents about what type of decorations you'd like to see in the main streets this Christmas.

As you can imagine $20,000 for Christmas decorations – as allocated in the 2020/21 budget - does not stretch very far when it is divided among 10 communities.
