Koraleigh Recreation Reserve Master Plan

Council, with the support of CT Management, has prepared a draft Master Plan for the Koraleigh Recreation Reserve.

The plan will guide how the Reserve is improved, used and managed over time, ensuring it continues to meet the changing needs of the Koraleigh community and the wider area.

Key proposed initiatives include a new multi-purpose community centre, a separate Rural Fire Service facility, an upgraded inclusive playground, improved shared path connections, enhanced amenities, landscaping and parking, and the rationalisation of underutilised areas to improve long-term sustainability.

The Master Plan provides strategic direction only, with any future projects subject to detailed design, funding availability, statutory approvals and future Council consideration.

Council has worked closely with the Koraleigh Hall and Recreation Reserve Committee, along with running a community survey, to make sure all relevant user-group activities and services continue to be supported into the future.
