What is the Community Strategic Plan or CSP?
The Community Strategic Plan (CSP) is Council’s overarching ten-year plan that details the community’s priorities and sets Council’s strategic direction - it’s our blue-print for the future. Council uses the plan to shape business activities, future plans, services and expenditure.
